To me, nothing is more fulfilling that when I see excitement on the faces of my clients! Take a look at these faces! Both sets of clients were thrilled when they visited Kuwili Lani, the only sustainable-living subdivision on the Big Island. Both were visiting from the mainland, and both were interested in starting a new chapter of their lives which included building a home, growing their own food, and living in a way with less of a carbon footprint! They fell in love with this small community of like-minded folks from all around the country!

The Ferrers are pictured holding a luscious white pineapple I picked from one of the two “live fences” on Lot 1. I cut it up and it passed their “taste test” with flying colors! The Venkatasubbu/Gade were invited to enjoy “Sunset Pupu’s I provided while they contemplated the purchase of Lot 10.
Both couples have now closed escrow on their properties in Kuwili Lani, and are in the throws of home design! We all couldn’t be happier!
