While the Hamakua Coast and North Hilo, (which I consider part of the Hamakua) continues to show minimal sales, the Puna District is going gangbusters! (I have seven listings and three escrows in that area!) A total of 73 sales, and an increase in median price of 13% indicates this is the most sought after area of the Big Island. Now that the election is over, buyers and sellers may take the steps necessary to make the next chapter of their lives come to life.
