It’s still a slow burn for the Hamakua Coast! With only two single family home sales – a 33% dip as compared to last month, and only one land sale proves. New listings for both homes and land increased by 100%, with eight and two respectfully. When will the trend flip? Let’s say our prayers! Sellers need to be brave in listing their homes, and buyers need a mindset shift in regards to current interest rates. And veterans? There are assumable VA loans out there.
