The real estate market on the Big Island remains relatively unchanged as summer comes to a close. Total sales and median prices stay within a narrow range for single-family homes. Condos continue to slow, with declining prices.
On the Hamakua Coast, total sales are down by 50%, with only three sold. And land sales reflect a 71% decrease with only one parcel sold.
This busy Realtor® sees plenty of buyers, yet few new listings to choose from, with two of my listings withdrawn due to lack of buyers paying full price! Is it still a good time to list? It is always a good time to list! Projection indicates interest rates will still go down in 2024, and there are plenty of cash buyers!
