Stats for the Hamakua Coast experienced an uptick with a huge increase of 67% in total sales, represented by the sale of five homes, and a 20% increase in median sales price. Median 52 days on market indicate the reality that properties are taking a bit longer to sell.
Island wide, South Kona and South Kohala join the Hamakua Coast with impressive double digit home sales increases, while the remaining six districts experienced decreases. While condos have really taken a hit over the past year, the February stats are experiencing a slight rebound.
