The Jen McGeehan Team (East Hawaii) teamed up to represent Coldwell Banker Island Properties at the annual HIR (Hawaii Island Realtors) Annual Home Fair & Expo. We pulled out all the stops, bringing our pop-up tent, the Price Is Right client-focused virtual game, and more handouts than any other exhibitor, in my opinion.
A particularly popular hand-out was this month’s CBIP Foundation initiative – Wipe Out Diaper Need which runs through September. Many stopped by to grab a flyer! We also provided, to one lucky winner, a wonderful At Home In Hawaii Gift Bag valued at well over $100.00! (I added an autographed copy of MY YEAR IN A YURT, the humorous, yet sometimes bittersweet story of our personal journey moving to the Big Island and living in a rented, vintage yurt for 14 months on the Hamakua Coast.)
We loved visiting with resources and potential clients, providing a plethora of hand-outs relating to selling and purchasing property on the Big Island, answering a host of questions, and enjoying the festive music and wonderful foods offered by the food trucks.
It was a great day, and we plan to return next year!
