Valentine’s Day was Tues., February 14th…the perfect time to reminise about the buyer and seller clients I have fallen in love with along the journey.

Take the Araki’s, for example. This family had been separated for almost a year until we were able to prepare, then sell their home in Captain Cook, and successfully open the doors to purchase a wonderful, much more accommodating home, in Waimea. The family was reunited shortly after Christmas!

What about the Lytles? This couple was in the throws of retirement, looking for a haven that would help to ease the stress of life in the Southern California fast lane. They closed escrow on a fabulous 10-acre property in Puakea Bay complete with panoramic ocean views! We hosted the entire family for Thanksgiving.

And I can’t forget the Bauman’s! I had the pure joy of helping them purchase a gorgeous 5-ac property in lower Ahualoa. They built a very cool tiny house, plus a tree fort for their son, Beau. Then, just 18 months later, due to a job offer on the mainland, I listed this magical place and it sold in less than a month. Bittersweet for sure!
