The Hamakua Coast didn’t have an impressive March in regards to sales activity, with only one home sale, which happened to be my listing in Paauilo, and only three land sales. The median price for land sales spiked at $750,000, showing an impressive 359% increase! That is good news. But, new listings for homes were only two, and one new listing for land. We need more listings for the Hamakua Coast! Buyers are out there, both cash and financing.
