Not a day goes by, well almost, when someone doesn’t ask me about the “shifting market.” Yes, some properties are staying on the market a week or two longer than in 2021. Yes, there have been occasional price reductions. But, the fact still remains that it is a very strong sellers market! I counsel my sellers to price their properties in line with the most current SOLD comparables, as well as what the market will bear.
