Sales of single family homes for the Hamakua Coast saw an increase of 33%. Median sales increased by a whopping 74% and new listings increased by 50%. Other areas of the Big Island, including North Kohala and North Hilo, didn’t fare as well. The fastest growing district continues to be TMK 3-1 (Puna) with 65 home sales and 71 land sales! It is still a seller’s market, but deals are out there, especially for cash buyers!
