December was incredibly busy for me! Three escrows all set to close in January. Each one a unique story to tell. But, finding the perfect buyers for Lot 1 at Kuwili Lani holds a special place in my heart. Enter Matthew and Aileen Koch, a wonderful couple moving from the mainland. Basically it was love at first sight-unseen! Again, I used my smartphone to tell the Kuwili Lani story, and they went into escrow!
The 14-page Hawaii Purchase Contract is a work of art! It is very thorough, concise, and instructs the buyers to do their due diligence. These clients took it to heart, asking every question in “the book”, conducting a special soil test, pouring over sheaves of pages within a dozen or more documents…all to be positive that this was the right property for them. And, it was!
