With inventory and interest rates at an almost all-time low, I find it amazing that home prices on the Big Island have NOT skyrocketed to the moon! Out of curiosity, I searched our MLS for homes between $500,000 and $750,000, and believe it or not, there are only seven currently on the market marked “active.” Yikes!!! “Under Contract” means that all contingencies have been satisfied. The chances of it falling out of escrow is next to nil.) I have also selected my favorites priced between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000!
