I love the community I live in, which stretches about 35 miles from Ahualoa to the tiny towns of North Hilo. I met a Realtor® in San Diego who makes himself available to his community every Thursday morning at a local coffee shop…just to answer questions and chat. It took me two years to figure out a way I could accomplish the same goal.
My SIP, SNACK & STAY INFORMED events, scheduled for Sat., August 16th and 23rd, offered the same opportunities to meet those living on the Hamakua Coast and East Hawaii, to meet in casual coffee shop atmospheres, provide valuable real estate information, and answer their questions. I also invited Laurie Medeiros, award winning Escrow Officer for Title Guaranty. And, Sanyu Barnicoat of Longbridge Financial, dropped in to answer questions about reverse mortgages.
Overall, it was an awesome experience! Locals came alone, with their spouses, and we even had a newly rescued pup in attendance. The sips and snacks flowed, information was distributed, questions were answered, appointments were made, and hugs were dispensed. I plan to do a repeat in the fall!
