Brett Matsuuda, VP of Professional Development, Coldwell Banker & Jen
Last month I had the privilege of attending a Mastermind Class with Brett Matsuuda, Vice President of Professional Development for Coldwell Banker. Brett flew in from Southern California with the goal to equip CBIP’s top agents with additional tools provided by Coldwell Banker. I took copious notes, and these tools will be implemented over the course of the coming months.
After the two classes were completed, and the room had emptied, I asked Brett if he would look at my marketing materials; my exclusive 16-page magazines and custom postcards, both direct mailed over the past three years. I told him about this blog, and my Sip, Snack & Stay Informed events. He looked me in the eye and said, “You are so far ahead of most Realtors®. Keep it up!!!” Wow, I was blown away and very encouraged.
It was again, very clear to me, that I had hung my license with the world’s top brokerage!
