CBIP Foundation Donates to Kokua Harvest!

by | Aug 22, 2024

It was my honor to recommend Kokua Harvest as a potential donation recipient during the Coldwell Banker Island Properties Real Estate For Change Spring Event. Along with three other Big Island based non-profits, Kokua Harvest received a $500.00 donation for their volunteer-based, island-wide gleaning (“food rescue”) program, a partnership with the Food Basket.

For information on how you can invite Kokua Harvest to harvest your orchards, please visit their website at kokuaharvest.org or call 808.933.6030 for more information. You won’t believe how simple it is.

Stop food waste, help those with food insecurities, and receive a tax-deductible receipt!

What Clients Are Saying

“I googled this morning if any animal is pregnant for 14 months and there is one the giraffe. Many similarities to our selling period. Ups, downs and a long drop at the end, and it was all worth it. So like the baby giraffe it was all worth it in the end. Wobbly legs,& tired we set out for the mothership on August 8th.

Thanks Jen for your encouragement, knowledge and flexibility.”
