A great entrance!
I met Shane through our Coldwell Banker Island Properties Leads Program. He and his partner, Mario, were planning to move from the mainland and were on a very tight move schedule. Basically, they needed to locate, go into escrow, close and move into a home on the Big Island by the beginning of this year. We had about six weeks to make it happen! And, it would be sight-unseen, meaning they would not step foot on their new property until a few days before closing…

After gathering their “criteria” I was able to locate this wonderful 2-acre property with a very cool and well-constructed home in Mountain View. We did a Facetime showing, and after some negotiations, went into escrow. Shane is a veteran and was able to use his VA benefits to obtain a great loan package through Veterans United. What a blessing it is to be able to assist our veterans in realizing their dream of home ownership! And, in this case, it was especially gratifying.
Mow, mow, mow!
Shane and Mario moved in on January 7th! They received a self-propelled, gas lawn mower as my special gift. Thankfully, they only have the front portion to mow! Happy mowing, guys! Enjoy your new digs, and thanks for trusting me with your Hawaii dream!
