In the past month I have conducted two phone interviews with Homes.com. Honestly, I wasn’t familiar with this online real estate search option. I am usually very cautious about returning a call from a “sales person,” feeling that although they are asking me for information for their platform, they are really just looking for advertisers. I am glad I didn’t follow that usual train of thought.
The first interview focused on the Laupahoehoe area of our spectacular Hamakua Coast (It always makes me chuckle when someone from the mainland tries to pronounce that name!) The second interview, a week or so later, focused on Paauilo. How perfect since this is my tiny home town, and I have successfully represented buyers and sellers in both vacant land and residential transactions. I have to admit that both interviewers were super nice and seemed very interested in the job they were doing.
