Wow…what a year 2021 was…and I am NOT talking about the pandemic! As a Realtor® with less than five years under my tool belt, it was amazing news to hear that I was the #1 Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Island Properties / Keauhou Office! If that wasn’t exciting enough, I was the #6 Realtor® for all four CBIP offices on the Big Island! How did this happen???
Basically, I believe the answer is three-fold.
First and foremost is my faith. I go to the Creator of the Universe for wisdom, strength, guidance and connections. He, in turn, opens doors for me that otherwise, would not have been opened.
Second, I have a Broker who believes and inspires me, is super knowledgable and responsive, and feels that being a Realtor® should be fun! We are very simpatico.
Third, I give my clients the expert and over-the-top service they expect and should receive. I hear what they are saying. I do the work to find them the right properties to view, help them create an offer or listing that goes into escrow, and help connect them with resources they need to make the process smooth. I am on top of the entire escrow process, and I join with them in celebrating on move-in day! Yes, it can be stressful, but it is so worth the journey. And here is another bonus…they usually become my friends!!!
So, as I look in my rear view mirror at an amazing and blessed 2021, I say “Cheers” to all that 2022 surely holds! I am there for you IF and WHEN you need me.
