Land sales were exceptionally strong in the Puna and Kau Districts, most likely based on price! A total of 121 properties closed escrow compared to only 25 sold properties for the other seven districts combined. The Hamakua Coast took a real hit with only three properties sold and a decrease of 24% in median price.
