As many of you know, I have been in transition. Pat and I sold our beautiful property in Paauilo, purchased a simpler version in the resort community of Big Bear, California, and I am now conducting real estate in both states!
It was a monumental move—household belongings, livestock (one horse, two goats, one dog and one cat), plus two trucks. And yes, the Gladiator came too! Please enjoy key points I learned in my blog post – Moving To Or From Hawaii? My Firsthand Insights! found in the Educate & Elevate tab.
Boy, do I have increased compassion and first-hand knowledge for my clients who make this type of move!
Late last year, with no knowledge of what was soon to come, I met Yordana Bolanos Salas at our monthly office meeting. We clicked immediately. Yordana had recently received her Hawaii real estate license, yet she possessed the knowledge and business acumen of a Realtor® with many years under her belt. I was impressed by her professionalism, her commitment to buyers and sellers, and especially her talent for social media marketing. She was determined to grow her business, and it quickly became obvious to me that we could make a great team. (I love to mentor others. Whether I’m sharing what I’ve learned with fellow Realtors®, new equestrians, or even someone looking for decorating advice, teaching and mentoring have always been part of who I am.)
Did I mention Yordana reaches more than 1,000,000 people each month through her social media channels?
So, I am thrilled to officially introduce Yordana to you! Together, our clients receive what I affectionately call the “Twofer”—one International Award-Winning Realtor® plus one soon-to-be International Award-Winning Realtor®, all for the price of one!
For me, this is the perfect collaboration. We have combined tried-and-true experience with fresh vision, expanded our marketing reach, and now offer twice the client service. Most importantly, we share the same commitment to taking care of our clients from beginning to end.
I asked Yordana to share what this collaboration means to her. Be sure to read her blog post,
A Partnership Built On Trust, Experience and Heart also found under the Educate and Elevate tab.
I think you’re going to enjoy getting to know her. I know I have! This “Twofer” is a win-win for everyone!
