I represented the buyer in this transaction, and what an amazing experience it was! I met Steve and his lovely wife, Lisa, at my August Sip, Snack & Stay Informed event in Honomu. We had a nice chat, I shared with them information on Remember Thru Music, the program I founded that provides customized MP3 Players for those with memory loss. And then they went on their merry way. But, we stayed in touch, and one thing led to another. Before I knew it, I had written a letter to their neighbor expressing their interest in purchasing her 32 acres. Then, we found out that the property was actually listed on the MLS. (How did I miss that???) Within about 3 weeks, we closed escrow! What a whirlwind it was.
