The Hamakua Coast experienced a 100% increase in residential property sales for the month of September. The residential median price dropped only 9%. The real story is land sales, or lack there of! Hopefully October through the end of 2025 will see improvement.

Island wide, the North and South Kohala districts show the highest percentage increases in number of sales, with North Kohala demonstrating the highest percentage increase in median price. Puna leads with the highest number of sales in both residential and land. I wonder if price has anything to do with this???
