Hawai'i Island real estate market update December 2022.

The GOOD news…

The median sales price of homes and condos island wide for the month of December 2022 rose in six of the nine districts.

The BAD news…

Total residental sales showed a decrease in eight of the nine districts, while all four districts with condos showed decreases.

WHY?

Lack of inventory! Now is a very good time to sell your home, condo and/or land!
