North Kohala leads the 9 Districts in this category with a 150% increase for Residential and 289% increase for Vacant land. North Kona leads with an increase of 143% for condos.

In the area of Sales Volume increases the numbers are triple digit! North Kohala, again, leads in two categories, with an increase of 232% for residential, and a staggering 754% increase in land sales. North Kona leads with an increase of 183% for condos.
