The National Association of Realtors offers 29 specialty designations! Last month I took the 12-hour course and received my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have many clients who have chosen, or are choosing to make a BIG move after transitioning into the 50+ age category, (the fastest growing market in real estate), as well as founded the RememberThruMusic.org program which provides customized MP3 Players for those diagnosed with memory loss. It was a natural designation for me. Now, I am able to offer more services to those participating in The Great Re-Shuffle!
