A total of four homes and two parcels were sold along the Hamakua Coast in January. The numbers seem low, and they are! But, the median sales price of those homes rose by 79%, and 33% for land sales. That is great news for sellers, not so great for buyers. New listings increased by 5% compared to 3% in January 2023. Are more increases on the horizon? Let’s hope so!
