Last year I received my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. I went to the time, effort and expense of getting this designation to be properly equiped to assist my buyer and seller clients, who are in their golden years, in making a move, either on-island or off. It isn’t an easy journey, and having a Realtor who understands the process, and has the necessary resources, can make it less stressful and much more successful.
Believe it or not, Senior is considered 50+ years and older. What a shock! Having this designation is the culmination of decades of life experience, my various moves, both on and off-island, a solid understanding of “downsizing”, plus living the process to a successful completion. (My head is still attached to my body, and I can speak coherently!)
