September 2021 Market Report

Land on the Hamakua Coast is flying off the market like whales heading back to Alaska!!! Although the average days on market islandwide for September indicates 95 days compared to 169 days in 2020, I am thrilled to say that my land listings have sold much, much faster, on all of them between 20 and 30 days! And, my most recent residential listing went into escrow in just 14 days!
