I was so honored to represent my sellers in finding the perfect buyers for this rare parcel of land on the Hamakua Coast. At one point in the transaction, I mentioned to them that it was my 20th anniversary and we were going to try to “bootleg” a camping spot because the normal camp sites were closed due to COVID. The sellers immediately offered us the property – tent, portable kitchen, beach chairs and all! We ultimately camped in a very obscure location along the Kohala Coast, but I will always remember their generosity.
